The website www.wizarkcap.com owned by Meba Tidein S.L. (hereinafter "Wizark Cap or the website"), with registered office in San Lorenzo N55, 2D, 20560 of Gipuzkoa, C.I.F. B-95098970, duly registered in the Mercantile Registry of Gipuzkoa.

Orders can only be placed by people who are 18 years old or older.

The order is completed when you have received your order and we have received your payment. If we cannot complete your order, we will inform you about it as soon as possible to the same email address and refund the order.

If a product that you have ordered has become out of stock, we will notify you and make a refund for the item.

The prices of the goods are stated in Euros (€).

Handling and delivery expenses, be specified at the time of final confirmation of each order.

Prices are valid except for typographical error.

You can return the product to the sender within 14 days upon reception.

If you send a return package to a wrong address, we are not liable for any loss or misplacement.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds will include only product, tax amount and shipping cost.

They don´t include the value of the coupon.

European Union shipping cost is 5€.

For the rest of the world shipping cost is 9€.

We will send you an email with your tracking number once the package is prepared and picked up at our warehouse.

If your tracking link does not work try it again later as it normally takes some hours to  register the tracking information. Please note that we only works on business days.

If your order passes  through customs, we are not liable for any additional costs that may arise.

Rest of the world: 25 days

If you don´t received the product in 30 days, you can ask for a refund.

We always strive for our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and with our service, we  will do our best to solve the situation. We are liberated from consequence of failure to fulfill certain obligations as above, if the failure is due to liberating circumstances as described below and if the circumstance prevents, complicates or delays completion. Liberating circumstances shall be considered as, among other things, government action or failure, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, sabotage or a larger accidental event. Force majeure includes government decisions that negatively affect markets and products, for example restrictions on indication, warning texts, sales prohibition, etc., as well as abnormal declines in the market.
