If you have changed your mind or if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products. For this we only ask you to notify us in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
In this case, you must send the products in perfect condition, at the latest within a period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the products. In these cases, Wizark Cap will reimburse the client for all the expenses of the returned product, not including shipping. However, the customer will assume the direct cost of returning the products.
Wizark cap will proceed to make the refund within 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to return the purchase and will do so using the same means of payment that you used at the time of the initial purchase. Wizark Cap reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the products have been received.
If you exceptionally get a product by mistake write to us at email@example.com sending us some photos of the product you have received. Tell us in the subject of the email the order number you made, so we can manage it and give you a solution as soon as possible. In case of requesting a refund, the shipping costs will be paid to our account.
All our products have a guarantee of two (2) years when the damage or defect is attributable to us. Therefore, if your product is defective, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of all shipping costs and offer you the refund of the money or change for an equal or superior product.
